A citrus press that combines style and practical use can become an irreplaceable kitchen aid:

  • easy to use, thanks to its pressure action and dual rotation direction.
  • ideal for pressing oranges and grapefruits, but also lemons, thanks to its two cones.
  • practical, thanks to its nonndrip opening and to tabs to press the flesh of the fruit for tasty, freshly squeezed juice.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE

DESCRIPTION

  1. Lid
  2. Large cone
  3. Small cone
  4. Filter
  5. Jug with nonndrip opening
  6. Rotating pin
  7. Appliance body

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Before connecting the appliance to the mains power socket, make sure that the voltage corresponds to that stated on the rating place, located on the base of the appliance.
  • Place the rotating pin (F) in the hole on the top part of the base of the appliance body (G).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - Step 1
  • Insert the conveyor (E) so that it fits onto the pin (F) and the spout fits into the compartment on the appliance body.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - Step 2
  • Insert the filter (D) inside the conveyor (E) and then place the reamer on the pin (F).
The citrus press has two cones: a smaller one (C) for lemons and a larger one (B) for oranges or grapefruits, to be placed over the smaller cone by slotting the tabs of this latter into the notches of the larger one.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - Step 3
  • Place a suitable container under the spout. When using the citrus press, the opening must be set downwards so that the juice can pour out; when you have finished using the citrus press, move the opening upwards to prevent any residual juice from leaking out. Cut the fruit for pressing. Take one half of the fruit and press it lightly onto the cone. The motor will start automatically and the juice will flow directly into the container, while the pips and flesh will remain in the filter. The motor can rotate randomly in both directions. When all of the juice has been extracted, stop pressing the fruit down on the reamer and in this way the motor will stop automatically.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - Step 4
