- Changanya kijiko 1 cha supu cha siagi na parsley, kitunguu saumu na mchuzi wa soya. (Mix 1 tablespoon butter with parsley, garlic and soy sauce.)
- Nyunyiza nyama ya ng'ombe na chumvi na pilipili. (Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.)
- Sakinisha sahani za grill na uwashe moto kifaa. Tumia siagi iliyobaki kupaka sahani kidogo. (Install the grill plates and preheat the appliance. Use the remaining butter to lightly coat the plates.)
