CLASSIFICATION AND ASSIGNMENT
Emergency module for use with LED luminaires powered by constant current. Designed for dustproof or similar Non SELV LED luminaires with a supply voltage 50-160VDC. It is not designed for high-intensity LED luminaires. The product is designed to utilise the existing separated LED driver in luminaire installation where is not necessary break into the LED circuit. The unit can be installed as maintained or non-maintained unit and it allows the same LED fixture to be used for both normal and emergency operation. The module include 1500mAh battery. The output power of the module can be controlled by dipps at 2,5W, 5W. The emergency operation time depends on the selected output power (2.5W = min 1.5h, 5W = min 3h). The luminous flux of the luminaires in emergency mode depends on the selected output power. The product has protection against discharge, overload and short circuit.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS / ASSEMBLY / INSTALLATION
- Prior to beginning the installation, familiarise yourself with the manual.
- During the assembly and installation, it is necessary to adhere to the procedures in the drawings.
- Installation and applicability assessment for the specific conditions need to be carried out by appropriately qualified personnel.
- The product may not be installed on the surface or near flammable materials or objects, combustibles, etc. It is necessary to adhere to fire protection measures.
- The product can not be used in an environment with gas, biogas, chemical fumes, chemicals and similar conditions affecting safety, product functionality and fire protection.
- Protect the product from excessive heat, particularly during mounting on the ceiling under the roof, or against overheating due to the effect of other heaters, ventilation, pumps etc.
- The product is not intended for use in environments with high humidity - for example in swimming pools, saunas, hot tubs, spas and the like.
- The product is suitable for mounting on flammable surfaces (the surface does not ignite, eg. Concrete, plaster, metal) normally flammable (flash point is at least equal to 200°C when no softening or deformation due to the temperature e.g. wood and wood materials, with a thickness greater than 2 mm).
- Any operation during installation, operation, adjustment or maintenance of the module and battery must be performed after disconnecting the power supply. It is necessary to prevent possible connection of power supply by another person's.
- Prior to first use, it is necessary to make sure that the mechanical attachment, electrical connection and conditions of use are in order.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATION / MAINTENANCE
- The product requires periodic inspection of functionality and operation in accordance with regulations and law regulations associated with the place and manner of use. It is necessary comply regulatory requirements for documentation for emergency luminaires.
- The product may be heated to a higher operating temperature. The product must not be covered over and overheat operating temperature effect other heat source.
- The product should not be used with cracked or broken cover or without him. It is necessary to immediately replace the cracked cover. If the cover is not fixed must be module disconnected from the network and not used.
- Fixtures for cleaning. Do not use chemical agents disturbing material of module.
BATTERY
- Battery replacement is required as soon as the module no longer meets the rated operating time requirements.
- For replacement, batteries of the same type and parameters must be used (LiFePO4, 1500mAh, 6,4V, charging I/U 200mA/ 6,4V).
- After replacing the battery with a new one, it is necessary to mark it on the label with the date of commissioning.
- Charging the battery fully is achieved after 24 hours of charging.
- Do not dispose of used batteries in the normal waste stream, but hand them in at the battery collection point.
TEST
- On AC power - the indicator light is green.
- After pressing the "test" (test) button, the mains power supply is interrupted, the indicator light stops illuminating, the emergency light is switched on.
- When the "test" (test) button is released, the battery is recharged and the indicator light is green.
- If this does not work in the "test" (test), check that the wiring is correct.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION / INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRODUCT USAGE

O2 The product designation is to be presented for the purpose of managed disposal-collection of electrical and electronic equipment.
